Winter Park, CO, March 11, 2019 - DePaul Real Estate Advisors is pleased to announce the successful sale of a single-tenant net leased investment property in Winter Park, Colorado. Fireside Market Eatery is the building's long-term tenant. The 19,000 SF building was completed in 2018 as part of the Hideaway Station mixed use development, a marquee project consisting of retail and residential condominiums located in the heart of the Town of Winter Park. 

Paul DeCrescentis and Jarod Pate represented the seller, Winter Park Development Co, LLC, in the disposition. The buyer, WP Properties, LLC, was represented by Phillip A. Yeddis of Unique Properties, Inc. 

The property benefits from a prominent location on Main Street which is surrounded by retail and dining, as well as residential development and excellent pedestrian traffic. The property won the Governor's Award for best new addition to Downtown Winter Park.
