A Denver-based investment group purchased a single-tenant investment property at 2030 S Cherokee in Denver, CO.  The $2,500,000 purchase was structured as a triple net sale-lease back with Declaration Brewing Company.  Paul DeCrescentis and Jarod Pate represented the buyer and also handled lease negotiations.
