Matthew W. Watson joined DePaul Real Estate Advisors in 2008 as an intern while completing his undergraduate degree in Business Administration with a double concentration in Finance-Real Estate and a minor in Business Ethics
and Legal Studies at the University of Denver’s Daniels College of Business.
Upon graduation in the spring of 2010, Matthew became a full time member of DePaul Real Estate Advisors in fall 2010, Matthew received his Colorado Real Estate Brokerage License. He focuses on retail leasing, research and business development.
His experience combined with his diligent cold calling is an asset to any landlord.
Matthew has completed a large volume of transactions which comprised both Tenant Representation and Landlord Representation deals. To his credit within months of taking on several leasing assignments he was able to lease space that had been
previously vacant for up to five years. Matthew excels by making 40-50 cold calls a day and continually keeps in contact with retailers on the local and national levels. He stays up-to-date and in tune with the latest trends in retail and
keeps a solid pulse on the financial conditions throughout the real estate environment.
Matthew enjoys spending time in the great outdoors of the Rocky Mountains whether it be skiing or hiking, but also enjoys spending time in downtown Denver. He is well cultured from his travels around the world and enjoys learning from people
from all walks of life.
