Paul DeCrescentis and Jarod Pate structured a $6,000,000 equity investment for the acquisition and repositioning of a value-add mixed-use property in Scottsdale, AZ. 

A Denver-based investment group purchased a single-tenant investment property at 2030 S Cherokee in Denver, CO.  The $2,500,000 purchase was structured as a triple net sale-lease back with Declaration Brewing Company.  Paul DeCrescentis and Jarod Pate represented the buyer and also handled lease negotiations.  Thanks to Tanner Johnson at Cushman & Wakefield who represented the seller.  Paul DeCrescentis and Jarod Pate structured the debt financing as well, which was provided by a regional bank.

An out-of-state real estate investor purchased the land at 2278 Manatt Court in Castle Rock, CO for $1,125,000.  Jarod Pate and Paul DeCrescentis represented the buyer.  Thanks to Steve Garrison at Garrison Brokerage Group who represented the seller.

Fireside Market opened for business at Sitzmark South in Winter Park, CO.  The 19,000-sqaure foot grocery store anchors a new mixed-use development that includes retail, office and condominiums.  Jarod Pate and Paul DeCrescentis assisted the property owner with lease negotiations.

Chuy’s Tex Mex commenced construction at Greenwood Retail Plaza in Greenwood Village, CO.  The restaurant is expected to open in the summer of 2018.  Jarod Pate and Paul DeCrescentis handled lease negotiations for the property owner.

Magnolia Medical leased 2,000 square feet at Stapleton Square Business Center in Denver, CO.  Jarod Pate represented the property owner.

Red Star Vapor leased 1,458 square feet at Plaza de Santa Fe in Denver, CO.  Jarod Pate represented the property owner.  Our thanks to Rachel Cohen at Boulder Brokers who represented the tenant.

A Denver-based real estate investor purchased the restaurant at 2020 Bridge Street in Brighton, CO for $715,000.  Jarod Pate represented the buyer.  Thanks to Todd Brown and Jason Keith at BRC Real Estate who represented the seller.

Relaxing Corner leased 2,000 square feet at the Harmony Center located on College Ave. and Harmony Road in Fort Collins, CO. Lance Eberhard and Matthew Watson of DePaul Real Estate Advisors represented the tenant and Nathan Klein of LC Commercial represented the property owner.

Relaxing Corner leased 2,179 square feet at the Lake Plaza Shopping Center located at 9000 W. 88th Ave. in Arvada, CO.  Lance Eberhard and Matthew Watson of DePaul Real Estate Advisors represented the tenant and Corey Cross of AXIO Real Estate represented the property owner.

Northeast Imported Parts leased 4,264 square feet at Gateway Plaza Business Park in Aurora, CO.  Jarod Pate represented the property owner.

Best Drywall, Inc. leased 2,510 square feet at Gateway Plaza Business Park in Aurora, CO.  Matt Keyerleber and T.J. Smith at Colliers and Jarod Pate at DePaul Real Estate Advisors represented the property owner.

ECOS Environmental & Disaster Restoration, Inc. leased 4,844 square feet at Gateway Plaza Business Park in Aurora, CO.  Matt Keyerleber and T.J. DePaul Real Estate Advisors is pleased to announce the successful acquisition of the fee interest in a ground lease investment property in Castle Rock, Colorado.  The property is a new light industrial development located at Perry Street and Manatt Court in Castle Rock, Colorado, consisting of four buildings and approximately 47,000 square feet of mixed-use space.
