DePaul Real Estate Advisors is pleased to announce the successful acquisition of the fee interest in a ground lease investment property in Castle Rock, Colorado.  The property is a new light industrial development located at Perry Street and Manatt Court in Castle Rock, Colorado, consisting of four buildings and approximately 47,000 square feet of mixed-use space.
 
Paul DeCrescentis and Jarod Pate represented the buyer, an independent out-of-state investor in a 1031 exchange. The seller was represented by Steve Garrison of Garrison Brokerage Group.
