Urgent Call To Action!

The Denver Affordable Housing Fund has been introduced to a City Council Committee and is now under review. The intent of the sponsor is to wrap up discussion and vote on the Fund by August 29th and if approved the revenue collection would commence January 2017.

We need you to voice your concerns to the Denver City Council members now. Our position is that we support the Fund but want to limit it to utilization of the mill levy, in other words we oppose the imposition of any development impact/linkage fees.
