The 1,385 square foot space was vacant for approximately two years prior to Matthew Watson and Lance Eberhard taking on the leasing assignment.   Lance had OYA, LLC in the vacant space within a few months of obtaining the listing. The space was formerly occupied by Metro PCS.
 
Plaza 115 is located just east of the northeast corner of Highway 115 and Cheyenne Meadows Road in Colorado Springs, Colorado.  The building contains 21,266 square feet and is shadow-anchored by King Soopers (Kroger), Denver’s prominent grocer.
