Kolache Factory leased 2,400 square feet at the center, bringing the center to 100% occupied.  The subject space was vacant for over two years before Mr. Watson was selected to lease the center.

9998 West Colfax is located at the hard corner of West Colfax Avenue and Kipling Street, a major intersection in its trade area.  Additional long-term tenants at the center include Starbucks Coffee and a Cricket Wireless.   The property benefits from an excellent daytime population, with over 151,903 individuals working within a 5-mile radius of the property. 

This is Kolache Factory’s 54^th national location, with a return to the Lakewood market.  A newly remodeled bakery-café has opened at 9998 West Colfax Avenue on Wednesday, April 13^th.  The newest location will continue to meet customers’ needs for fresh products and quick service, with call-ahead and online ordering, as well as gourmet Katz Coffee.  Customers will also find big-screen TVs and free Wi-Fi.
