DePaul Real Estate Advisors is proud to announce the successful refinancing for Shoppes at Parker Commons, a busy and highly visible retail center located on the border between southeast Aurora, Centennial and Denver. The center has excellent access off South Parker Road, making Shoppes at Parker Commons an ideal destination for local patrons and commuters.
 
The $4,800,000 non-recourse loan refinanced debt and equity on the property and includes future funding for improvements.  The 10-year loan includes 3 years of Interest Only and a 30 year amortization thereafter.  Paul DeCrescentis, Jarod Pate and Theresa Torres represented the borrowers. 
  
The Shoppes at Parker Commons consists of two commercial retail buildings totaling approximately 32,018 square feet, a free standing Moe’s BBQ (Not a part of the collateral),  and is anchored by H-Mart, a 62,000 square foot national grocery store with a regional draw (not a part of the collateral).   In addition DePaul Real Estate Advisors is leasing the property which is currently 100% leased with 17 national/regional tenants.
