Stein Mart has signed a lease for 30,824 square feet at Arapahoe Crossings shopping center in Aurora, CO.  Jarod Pate and Paul DeCrescentis of DePaul Real Estate Advisors represented the tenant.  Blake Larson and Christopher Burton of Legend Retail Group represented the landlord.  Anchored by King Soopers, Kohl’s, Gordman’s and AMC Theatres, Arapahoe Crossings is a 460,000-square foot retail destination located at the northeast corner of Parker Road and Arapahoe Road in one of Denver Metro’s best submarkets.
