Stein Mart has signed a lease for 32,000 square feet at The Grove shopping center in Thornton, CO.  Jarod Pate and Paul DeCrescentis of DePaul Real Estate Advisors represented the tenant.  Max Gansline and Drew Bextermueller of The Staenberg Group represented the landlord.  Anchored by a 90,000 square foot Cabela’s store and a 54,000 square foot Hobby Lobby store, The Grove is a new retail development located north of Denver at the interchange of Interstate 25 & 144^th Avenue.
