Matthew Watson with DePaul Real Estate Advisors represented the landlord, VP Investments, LLC, with securing a new lease with Sunshine Sweepstakes, Inc. d/b/a Fun City  at the Shoppes at Parker Commons Shopping Center located at the southwest corner of South Parker Road and Yale Avenue in Aurora, Colorado.  Shoppes at Parker Commons is a busy and highly visible retail center located on the border between southeast Aurora, Centennial and Denver.  The subject property benefits from a strong daytime employment population with over 1,200 businesses and 1.7 million square feet of office space within walking distance.  
 
Fun City, an internet café, will occupy approximately 2,489 square feet.  With the new lease, this brings the shopping center to 100 percent occupancy.  This will be the tenant’s second retail location.  
 
Other tenants at the center include H-Mart Grocery Store, Farmers Insurance, Face Shop, H&M Dental, Bangla Bazaar, Impressive Dry Cleaning, Pho-Yo, Asiana Gifts, Ariana Kabob, P&Y Café, O’Hair, Inc., All Star Taekwondo, The Break Room, IGA Japanese Restaurant, and Top Ten Nails.
