RECENTLY CLOSED LEASING TRANSACTIONS
Matthew Watson with DePaul Real Estate Advisors has recently closed on a number of lease transactions.
The most recent transaction was at Lincoln Center located at 12501 & 12509 East Lincoln Avenue in Meridian, Colorado. Mr. Watson has finalized a lease with Competitive Edge Mixed Martial Arts, which will occupy approximately 1,500 square feet at the Class A retail center. This will be the tenant's second retail location.
With the new lease, this brings the shopping center to 87% occupied, leaving one 2,200 square foot space available. Other tenants at the center include Wells Fargo, Caribou Coffee, Parry's Pizza, Lincoln Center Dentistry, Venus Nails & Spa, Rudi's Deli, Canvas Corkscrews, Creative Spirts, and State Farm Insurance.
