RECENTLY CLOSED LEASING TRANSACTIONS
Matthew Watson with DePaul Real Estate Advisors has recently closed on a number of lease transactions.
The most recent transaction was at Lincoln Center located at 12501 & 12509 East Lincoln Avenue in Meridian, Colorado.  Mr. Watson has finalized a lease with Competitive Edge Mixed Martial Arts, which will occupy approximately 1,500 square feet at the Class “A†retail center.  This will be the tenant’s second retail location. Â
With the new lease, this brings the shopping center to 87 percent occupied, leaving one 2,200 square foot space available.  Other tenants at the center include Wells Fargo, Caribou Coffee, Parry’s Pizza, Lincoln Center Dentistry, Venus Nails & Spa, Rudi’s Deli, Canvas Corkscrews, Creative Spirts, and State Farm Insurance.
