BRIGHTON CO, June 22, 2016—DePaul Real Estate Advisors is pleased to announce the sale of a 3-acre land site located near the corner of Tower Road and Bridge Street in Brighton, Colorado.  Paul DeCrescentis and Jarod Pate represented the seller, a Denver-based real estate investment partnership.

Congratulations to the Greater Brighton Fire Protection District on the acquisition.  The site is the location of a new fire station that will protect the fast-growing neighborhoods in the area, including Brighton Crossing, Bromley Park, Brighton East Farms and Prairie Center subdivisions.  In the last 18 months the City of Brighton has issued over 365 residential building permits and is on track to exceed last year’s pace by more than 20%.
