DePaul Real Estate Advisors is proud to announce the successful funding of a new loan at City Center Marketplace, a 234,000 square foot shopping center in Aurora CO.  The $17,425,000 non-recourse loan funded the acquisition of the property and includes future funding for capital improvements and lease up.  Paul DeCrescentis and Jarod Pate represented the borrowers.
