Lance Eberhard joined DePaul Real Advisors in January of 2016 as a full-time associate broker. Lance graduated from Colorado State University in December of 2015 with a Business Administration degree with a double concentration in Finance – Real Estate Option and Organization and Innovation Management. In addition, Lance fulfilled requirements to attain his Colorado broker license during school. Lance focuses on tenant rep and landlord rep leasing at DePaul, with emphasis on site selection and retail and industrial users.
During his four and a half years at CSU, Lance was the captain of the men’s rugby team, competed and won the Sherman Miller ICSC real estate case study competition, and worked at King Soopers. Lance started working as a courtesy clerk bagger at King Soopers and worked his way up to assistant bakery manager. Working nearly full-time, playing rugby, and going to school full-time taught Lance how to manage his time well, along with building a strong work ethic.
In his free time, Lance enjoys playing rugby, snowboarding, traveling, spending time with family, and camping in the Rocky Mountains.
